Our car park is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To access the car park when the shopping centre is closed please use the lifts located on New Charlotte Street.

We accept all major debit and credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and AMEX, and contactless payments via phone.

How It Works

Our 3 step guide on how to park all day for £6.50.

1. Register

Sign up to our most convenient and cost effective parking tariff – £6.50 for 24 hours.

2. Enter Whenever

Once you’ve registered you can drive in and out of the car park whenever you like.

3. Card Charged

On exit, your nominated card will be charged £6.50 for your visit, with up to 24 hours of usage.

EV Charging

EV chargers are chargeable at a rate of £0.40 per kwh. This will be included in your parking transaction and payable at exit or, if you are a subscribed user, added to your parking charge that is automatically debited upon exit.

Is the car park secure?

Yes, our multi-storey car park is monitored by CCTV and patrolled regularly by security staff. We’re committed to making your visit as safe and stress-free as possible.

Do I have to register to park?

No need to register—just drive in, park up, and pay at one of our machines before leaving. It’s quick, simple, and pay-on-exit so you’re only charged for the time you stay. Opting to not register will not allow you to use our £6.50 all day parking deal. Standard tariff prices will apply.

Can I access the car park at night?

Our Car Park is accessible 24 hours a day, including both National and Bank Holidays.

Are there accessible parking bays?

Blue Badge parking spaces are available on Level 1a of our Car Park, accessible via our Car Park lifts.

Do you have electric vehicle (EV) charging?

Yes, EV Charging points are located on level 4a of our car park. These bays are clearly signposted and can be used during your stay— follow the instructions at the station to get started.

Where is the car park entrance?

The entrance to our Car Park is located on Skelhorn Street, L1 1NQ. Clear signage visible to guide you in. Our Car Park is connected to the shopping centre for easy access.
