Our car park is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To access the car park when the shopping centre is closed please use the lifts located on New Charlotte Street.

How It Works

Sign up to our most convenient and cost effective parking tariff – £6.50 for 24 hours.

2. Enter Whenever

Once you’ve registered you can drive in and out of the car park whenever you like.

3. Card Charged

On exit, your nominated card will be charged £6.50 for your visit, with up to 24 hours of usage.

EV Charging

EV chargers are chargeable at a rate of £0.40 per kwh. This will be included in your parking transaction and payable at exit or, if you are a subscribed user, added to your parking charge that is automatically debited upon exit.

How can I Register?

Taking advantage of our £6.50 all day parking offer, is quick and simple. From the website, click on Parking. On the left-hand side, you will see Registration/Login, click on this and follow the instructions

Is there a height restriction in the car park?

Yes, our car park has a height restriction of 1.98 metres (6ft 6in). Please ensure your vehicle does not exceed this limit before entering. If you’re driving a high-top van or roof-loaded vehicle, we recommend checking in advance or exploring alternative nearby parking options.

Do I have to register a parking space?

No need to book a space, just drive in, park up, and pay at one of our machines before leaving. If you are a regular visitor to the centre, check-out our subscription deals. It’s quick, simple, and pay-on-exit so you’re only ever charged for the time you stay.

The entrance to our Car Park is located on Skelhorn Street, L1 1NQ. Clear signage visible to guide you in. Our Car Park is connected to the shopping centre for easy access.
