Getting Here

We are located in the heart of Liverpool city centre, with excellent transport links and parking facilities.

By Car

If you’re driving to St Johns our car park has over 600 spaces, including disabled spaces and EV charging facilities. The car park can be accessed via Skelhorne Street, St George’s Place, L1 1NQ.

By Bus

St Johns is ideally located with a direct entrance into the centre from the Queen’s Square Bus Station. For further information on bus services to and from Liverpool please visit Mersey Travel or Travel Line.

By Train

St Johns Shopping Centre is directly opposite Liverpool Lime Street Station. Liverpool is easily accessible by train and regular trains link Liverpool to the rest of the UK. For more information visit Merseyrail or National Rail.

St Johns has multiple entrances, including accessible routes from Lime Street, Clayton Square, and Roe Street. Lifts are available to all levels of the centre, making it easy to get around whether you’re carrying bags or using a wheelchair or buggy.

Where is lost property located?

If you’ve lost something while visiting St Johns, please head to the Security Office, located Upper Mall right of centre lifts. Our team will do their best to help reunite you with your item. You can also contact us by phone or email with a description of the lost item.

When are the quietest times?

Generally, the quietest times to visit are weekday mornings, particularly before 11am. Sundays also tend to be less busy compared to Saturdays. If you’re looking for a calmer experience, we recommend avoiding school holidays and peak lunchtime hours.

Are dogs allowed?

Yes, they are! We love our furry friends, but please be mindful of the comfort and safety of all shoppers. All dogs must be kept on a lead and under control at all times.

Do you offer a centre gift card?

We currently don’t offer a St Johns Shopping Centre gift card, but many of our retailers have their own gift card options. If you’re looking for a specific store’s voucher, we recommend checking with them directly.

Is there a loyalty scheme?

At the moment, there isn’t a centre-wide loyalty scheme. However, several stores and cafes offer their own reward systems or special promotions. Keep an eye on our website and social media for updates and offers.

Is there parking available?

Yes! Our multi-storey car park has over 600 spaces, including accessible and parent & child bays. It’s open 24 hours, with affordable rates and EV charging points available on site.

Do you have disabled access and facilities?

Absolutely. The centre is wheelchair accessible with lifts available and accessible toilets on our Lower Mall. We also have designated parking bays for Blue Badge holders in our car park.

Where are the toilets and baby changing facilities?

Toilets, including accessible and baby changing facilities, are located near the Food Court on the lower mall. They’re regularly cleaned and clearly signposted throughout the centre.

Can I rent a unit or promote my business here?

Where is the nearest prayer room?

While there is now prayer room at the Centre, the nearest Prayer Room is located at Al Rahma Mosque, 29-31 Hatherley Street, L8 2TJ or Sydney Jones Library, Chatham Street, L7 7BD

Can I breastfeed in the centre?

Yes, we are a breastfeeding-friendly shopping centre. You and your baby are welcome and supported here - our team will be happy to answer questions.
