We are located in the heart of Liverpool city centre, with excellent transport links and parking facilities.

By Car

If you’re driving to St Johns our car park has over 600 spaces, including disabled spaces and EV charging facilities. The car park can be accessed via Skelhorne Street, St George’s Place, L1 1NQ.

By Bus

St Johns is ideally located with a direct entrance into the centre from the Queen’s Square Bus Station. For further information on bus services to and from Liverpool please visit Mersey Travel or Travel Line.

By Train

St Johns Shopping Centre is directly opposite Liverpool Lime Street Station. Liverpool is easily accessible by train and regular trains link Liverpool to the rest of the UK. For more information visit Merseyrail or National Rail.

Are there toilets and baby changing facilities?

Yes, clean and well-maintained toilet facilities, including accessible toilets and baby changing rooms, are located near the Food Court on the lower mall. Facilities are clearly signposted throughout the centre, and we ensure they're regularly serviced for your comfort and convenience.

What shops or brands are in the centre?

We’re home to a wide variety of popular retailers, independent stores, cafés, and restaurants. You can view our full store directory online or pick up a printed map located throughout the centre. If you're looking for something specific, our team is always happy to help point you in the right direction.

Is there parking available?

Yes, we offer ample parking on-site, with over 600 parking bays. Designated spaces are available for disabled visitors, parents with young children, and electric vehicle (EV) charging. Please check signage on-site or our Car Park FAQ’s for full terms.

Is the centre accessible for people with disabilities?

Absolutely. The centre is fully accessible with step-free entry, lifts, and accessible toilets. We also provide designated disabled parking bays close to main entrances, and assistance dogs are welcome throughout the centre.

Is there a lost property service?

Yes. If you’ve lost something during your visit, please contact or visit the Customer Information Centre. Found items are safely stored, and we’ll do our best to help reunite you with your belongings. You can also call or email us with details after your visit.

Toilets, including accessible and baby changing facilities, are located near the Food Court on the lower mall. They’re regularly cleaned and clearly signposted throughout the centre.

Are dogs allowed?

Yes, they are! We love our furry friends, but please be mindful of the comfort and safety of all shoppers. All dogs must be kept on a lead and under control at all times.

Are gift cards available to purchase?

We currently don’t offer a St Johns Shopping Centre gift card, but many of our retailers have their own gift card options. If you’re looking for a specific store’s voucher, we recommend checking with them directly.
