At St Johns, we are proud to be a part of Liverpool’s amazing community. Our shopping centre is more than a place to shop, it is a space that connects with people, supports local causes, and actively contributes to improving the lives of those who need it most.

In January we donated a selection of clothing to Bridge2, a fantastic charity based right here in Liverpool. Bridge2 plays an essential role in supporting refugees and asylum seekers, providing them with much-needed clothing, food, shelter, and the opportunity to rebuild their lives.

Founded in 2016, Bridge2 provides a wide range of services, including access to food, clothing, legal advice and mental health support. They also offer practical assistance to help individuals with their integration into UK society.

One of the core elements of Bridge2’s work is creating a sense of community. They provide a safe and welcoming space where refugees and asylum seekers can come together, share their experiences, and support each other. This is particularly important for individuals who may feel isolated or disconnected from their new surroundings.

A clothing donation is just one small way we can contribute to this wonderful cause. The items we provided will help ensure that those who have fled difficult situations have access to the basics they need to feel comfortable and cared for.
