For Caroline, St Johns has long been her go-to car park whenever she visits Liverpool city centre.

“For location, ease of use and cost I much prefer St Johns – it’s the only car park I use when I visit the city centre,” she said.

A Prize She Never Expected

When Caroline received the call telling her she’d won £10,000, she could hardly believe it.

“I couldn’t believe it! I’ve honestly never won anything before and to win such a substantial amount, I was absolutely gobsmacked.”

Her first reaction was complete disbelief.

“I kept saying, ‘Really? Is this real?’ I think I even cried!”

The first person she told was one of her daughters—the first to answer her FaceTime call.

Making Memories

The prize means so much to Caroline and her family.

“Being a single mum with three daughters, we’ve never really had the funds to enjoy a luxury holiday together. I’m delighted that I now get to do this with them now they’re older, along with my beautiful grandson.”

The family are currently planning a dream holiday to Florida, with Harry Potter World at Universal at the top of the itinerary—although a Disney Cruise is also under consideration.

“Knowing we have the money to make plans without worrying about the cost is such a great feeling. I can’t thank you enough.”
